The work, which traces the life of a transgender protagonist from her conflicted youth through her journey of self-discovery, will be performed for the first time by non-binary and trans vocalists Rahźe Cheatham (they/them) and Tona Brown (she/her). They will be accompanied by the Lowell Chamber Orchestra on Nov. 20 at The Transgender Day of Remembrance in Lowell, MA.
