The Lowell Chamber Orchestra stands in solidarity with Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPI), especially in the wake of the horrific shootings that occurred in and around Atlanta, Georgia a week ago today. This is just the latest of many anti-AAPI crimes that have occurred so far in 2021.
We cherish our AAPI musicians, composers, and community members so much, and we condemn racism in all its forms—particularly when those forms are violent and result in the loss of innocent lives.
Together, we all need to help to stop Asian hate.
